GROUP REFORMER CLASSES

Duration: 1 hour

The Reformer is the main piece of equipment used in Pilates exercise. The Reformer glides back and forth, and uses springs for resistance, which more closely resembles how your muscles actually work. A Reformer workout can correct muscular imbalances and re-pattern more quickly than a mat workout would, and is a better option for some individuals.
