BARB HILTS-MOST

Certified STOTT PILATES Instructor (Mat)

Barb has been a YMCA Certified Fitness Instructor since 2000.  She is also an elementary school teacher, runner, and fitness enthusiast.

Barb had heard about the benefits of Pilates from friends and began taking mat and reformer classes at Jodi's Pilates Studio in 2006.  Since that time, she has noticed improvements in her posture, flexibility, and core strength.  Barb also credits STOTT PILATES for helping her to improve her body awareness and alignment, which has helped her to reach her fitness goals and prevent injuries.

In 2006, Barb's love of teaching and life long learning inspired her to begin training as s STOTT PILATES Instructor.  In 2008, she completed her certification in STOTT PILATES Matwork.  Barb enjoys teaching mat classes and hopes that her participants will benefit as much from Pilates as she has.
