 GROUP MATWORK CLASSES
Duration: 1 hour
This is the point of entry to all newcomers to this exercise system. Exercises are performed on a mat. You will be taught the 5 basic principles of alignment, which is the cornerstone of STOTT PILATES. Only 10 spots are available in each mat class. The low student-to-teacher ratio will benefit you with more hands-on attention and enrich your learning experience.
