Continuing Education WorkshopsCONTINUING EDUCATION WORKSHOPS

STOTT PILATES introductory and continuing education workshops are a great way to experience STOTT PILATES, or expand on your knowledge base. Designd for Pilates Instructors and Fitness Professionals, all Introductory and Continuing Education workshops qualify for STOTT PILATES CEC’s. Length varies from 90 minutes to 6 hours.

All workshops incorporate and emphasize the STOTT PILATES 5 Basic Principles.

Continuing Education Requirements:

Annual completion of 0.6 CEC’s (6 hours) is required to maintain any level of STOTT PILATES Certification. For more details on the continuing education program, please log onto
